12-Weeks of Leadership Training

Master the leadership skills required to handle the many challenges that emerge within a growing organization. We teach each leader how to effectively lead themselves and their team to get the results they desire. We guide them through numerous frameworks and tools to confidently communicate, delegate effectively, navigate difficult conversations, mobilize others to act, coach and empower their team, and exhibit greater influence at all levels.

Onboarding Power Session

Start your leadership journey with a powerful onboarding call to share your goals and receive personalized guidance on the best way to approach your journey through the Self 2.0 Leadership Program and gain incredible value from our time together.   

Implementation Support Coaching Sessions

We have an implementation coaching session each week to apply what each leader learns in their environment. This is an opportunity to ask questions, pre-game difficult situations, and gain implementation tips and suggestions on navigating specific leadership challenges. These coaching sessions will build each leader’s confidence and shorten their path to success.

Breakthrough Mastermind Sessions

Leaders will be able to present a specific leadership challenge to the group. They can present a unique situation, pose questions for additional insight, and share their lessons learned to help others who need support. Every leader needs multiple perspectives from experienced individuals who have been in the trenches and have figured out how to adapt and overcome to succeed. This is one of the most powerful things we do.

Rapid Response Q&A Session

Leaders who are active participants in the program will have access to LXU coaches to answer questions, get additional help, or workshop a specific challenge. Sometimes, all it takes is a little nudge, a vote of confidence, or a new way of approaching something that empowers others to act and move the needle forward proactively.

Membership to the Self-Mastery Leadership Library

Every leader enrolled in the Self 2.0 leadership program is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to LXU’s online leadership library of training and support tools for their sole use during the term of this training program. This is an invaluable asset to help leaders to lead themselves, their team, and the business.
